Cancellation Policy
All services are non-refundable unless 48 hours is given before the agreed start time of the programme, consultation or block booking. You may reschedule a session if you give 48 hours or more notice. All booking cancellations or re-schedule requests must be emailed to: hello@urszulawellness.com
