I also collect payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, recommendations, and personal profile.

Your personal information will be used for professional regulation such as the keeping of invoices for tax purposes. Your details may be used to communicate information about the service that you have signed up to if needed. Your details may also be used if there is an issue with payment. If you conduct a 'request to book', I receive personal identification such as name and email address that will be used to contact you back and advise you on my services. If you choose to work with me, these details will be kept on file under GDPR regulations. If you work me for my nutrition services, I will collect health and medical information about you such as your medical history, medications and GP surgery. I may use this information to contact to your doctor.

My company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to sell my services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by my company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Personal information that has been exchanged and notably regarding health will be kept for 7 years in a digital format. When 7 years has passed, the details will be destroyed securely.

I use personal information such as email address or phone number to communicate with you any details of my services that are a priority such as nutrition plans and supplementation guidelines. Your phone number may be used in instances when I need to contact you more urgently.
