To me, health & wellness fluctuates with the ebbs and flows of life. I often hear of others describe the ideal health to be achieved to an optimum.


I think we can do our best to be at an optimum at any given moment in time. However, as human beings our body, mind and emotions with change throughout time and from day-to-day.


Nutrition can provide wonderful fuel for all functions in the body. Particularly when adapted to the individual, the power of food is highly remarkable. But we can't ignore our energetic body. This is where yoga comes in.


In my practice, I work with physical yoga that also works with subtle energy. This type of energy is what moves through the chakras of the energetic body. These are channels where energy travels throughout the body. They can become blocked or imbalanced due to many factors such as emotion.


Yoga can open and balance chakras, whilst improving physical strength & muscle toning. In symbiosis with nutrition, you can find a harmony where you will feel YOU again, whilst allowing yourself to not always be optimum and perfect.
