My story is a long one! But I'll try to keep it short.

I am a creative, connected and caring person. My journey began with my sensitivity to life. Originally a classical violinist, pianist and singer, I have always felt expressive and a deep knowingness. I thought I would be a classical musician for a living, but life took me elsewhere. I went to Brunel University where I studied Sonic Arts and won awards for creativity. It wasn't the subject I wanted! However, it entailed huge artistic expression and out-the-box thinking. I was awarded a First Class degree. I don't regret it.

During this chapter, I suffered a dysfunctional eating pattern where I starved myself. I became quite thin and ate a restricted diet. It was a great way to punish myself for not going where I thought and 'failing'.

I recovered, when I accepted my journey. And it took me out of the blue once gain! I always wanted to be an artist and to learn French. So I took off to France. Little did I know that I would live there for 8 years of my life, becoming bilingual towards the end. I obtained the DALF (C1) diploma of advanced level in French language. I felt fully French, living my daily life there immersed in culture.

I worked for the international press and public relations in Paris for luxury fashion houses such as Givenchy and Guerlain. But there was a life-changing moment for me. I experienced the traumatic death of a loved one from breast cancer. It was fast and shocking. That moment, I decided to become a yoga teacher.

I studied vinyasa first under Amanda Dates for EFV, Paris. Following on, I completed qualifications in yin yoga and pregnancy.

Life took me to an Integrative Medical Centre for Cancer in Paris. I worked as a yoga teacher for cancer patients which felt rewarding after my experience. It was THERE that I knew. I noticed that they were teaching people Naturopathic Nutrition. How to eat to help stave off cancer coming back.

I have never been able to do things that don't reflect my heart & soul. Therefore, I split from my long-term relationship that wasn't working, I moved back to UK and studied at CNM, College of Naturopathic Medicine. I am a qualified Naturopathic Nutritionist, waiting to help you on your journey!

I believe that everybody's journey to health is highly individual, imperfect and there is no one size fits all. If you join me, you will also experience the beautiful symbiotic path of nutrition, yoga, and soon to be barre fitness.
