My Approach
In my practice, I believe in a holistic approach to well-being, offering personalised nutrition consultations and private yoga sessions. I create bespoke programmes tailored to the individual with a focus on women's health & gut health, incorporating a symbiotic relationship between nutrition & yoga (if desired.)
What do I mean by symbiotic relationship?
It is not just what you put in your body that affects you. I believe in body-mind connection. I follow a strategy of
eat this & do this combining nutrition and a type of yoga pose or sequence to help regain yourself.
We can never be perfect but all life experience can inform the choices we make daily. But what if we notice we are out of balance? What if things feel out of control? It could surface in digestion, skin, hormones to name a few.
There are little things that you can do, I can help you with this!
My goal is to empower women to achieve more balanced health, self- love and confidence through an aligned mind-body connection with nutrition. I hold qualifications in vinyasa flow, yin yoga, pre/post-natal and yoga for menopause. As of October 2025, I will be teaching barre fitness as part of my hormone balancing programme.
